Manually changing the status of an imported run deletes comments and evidence without warning, leaving no deletion history except for the status change in the user log.

Pre-conditions

Test Run must contain a comment and an attachment to illustrate the bug

How to reproduce

1. Import a Test Run using REST API 
2. Access that Test Run and manually change the status

Actual result/Attachments

Manually changing the status of an imported run deletes comments and evidence without warning, leaving no deletion history except for the status change in the user log_.pdf

Expected result

• Since a misclick can happen, a warning should be issued. Additionally, a log entry for data deletion should be available.
