As a user, I can sort the Tests table on a Test Set

Users should be able to sort the Tests table in the Test Set view issue screen based on sortable fields of the related Test issue.
 
ACs:
 * A new Rank column should be provided to allow users to sort by rank also. This column will display the rank number and should be displayed before the first content column (e.g Issue Key)
 * When a sort column is chosen other than the default Rank, the possibility to re-rank Tests by drag and drop will not be available.
 * If the Test Set issue is readonly, the users should still be able to sort the table.|
