Smart links are not rendered correctly when viewing the test runs list report

When viewing the test runs list report, if the Description column is added and the test description includes smart-links, these will be displayed incorrectly. This issue is reproducible for multiple smart-link formats including: URL links, inline, card and embedded.

How to reproduce 

1. Create a test with multiple smart-links, one for each format: URL, inline, card and embedded link;
2. Create a test execution for this test and run it;
3. Generate the Test Runs List report in Testing Board > Test Runs List making sure the filters will include the created issues;
4. In Columns select the Description column;

Actual Result
In the description column, the links using the mentioned formats are incorrectly displayed:

Expected Result
The URL should be correctly displayed for the links independently of their format in the issue description, as it is verified in other Xray tables and pages.
