Enable support for 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' in Xray API requests using curl commands with the Xray Global API endpoint URL, in the same way Xray Regional API endpoints do

While performing the Xray API requests with the curl commands using the Global API endpoint URL, the 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' is currently not supported. However, the same curl commands work with the Regional API endpoint URL's
 
 
It is suggested to enable support for 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' in the Xray global API endpoint URL, ensuring it works in the same way the Xray Regional API endpoints do.
