No warning message when changing the Test Types after enabling the Toggle Project Test Type Settings, leading to Test step and Test Data loss

Affected Version :  xray:4.010.007

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to the project > Project settings > Xray Settings > Test Types

2. Enable Project Settings

3. Once you enable the Project settings, Configuration Dialog will be opened as shown below

 
4. Change the Existing Test Type to the New Test type
5. Click confirm
6. Test Type is getting changed for all the Tests in the Project

Expected Result:

• A warning message should appear informing the user that changing the Test Type will delete the associated Test Steps and Test Data.
• The User should have the choice to confirm or cancel after being warned

Actual Result:

• No warning message is displayed about data loss when changing the Test Type
• After clicking confirm, the Test Type is updated for all the Tests in the project , and all the Test Steps and Test data are deleted without any prior notice
