As an Admin, I want to define the end storage location for test execution attachments, allowing flexibility to integrate with secure cloud storage providers beyond Xray's built-in storage.

Suggest an enhancement to provide an Admin setting to define an external storage provider for Xray test run attachments. This would allow seamless integration with secure cloud storage through APIs. Automatically, replace Xray attachments with links to externally stored files.
