Removing Tests from Test Plan and Test Execution does not change the LastModified date

Description

Removing Tests from Test Plan and Test Executions does not change the LastModified date, causing the Test Plan and Test Execution to not be shown in the Backup

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Plan and add 3 Tests
2. Remove 2 of those 3 Tests
3. Verify Xray History Tab, the change is seen
4. Use the REST API endpoint: /api/v2/backup
5. The Test Plan where the 2 Tests were removed will not be shown in the backup

Actual result/Attachments

The Backup is not showing the updated Test Plan, the LastModified date is not changing

Expected result

After the changes performed in the Test Plan, the Test Plan should appear in the backup, and the LastModified date should be respected
