API returns error when importing JSON execution results, if the keys of the Test execution and Test issues are from different projects and the Environment is not common to both projects

Short Description: When importing JSON test execution results, updating/creating a test execution with a test from a different project and using an Environment that does not exist in the project of the test, API returns an error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Using insomnia, import a file like the one in attach (where the test execution key is from a different project than the test key and the environment does not exist in the test's project)

Actual Result: An error is returned stating that the environment does not exist

Expected Result: No error should be returned and the test execution should be updated
