Test Plan filters are reset to the default ones when the user navigates between the pages of the results of a filter

Short Description: Test Plan filters are reset to default when the user navigates between the pages of the results of a filter.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Navigate to a Test Plan issue that contains several Tests issues per page

2 - In the Filters dialog, enter a Test Environment, for example, that will return more than 10 results per page

3 - Navigate to the next page of results:

Actual Result: All tests are loaded again and the filters are reset to the default.

Expected Result: The results list should be kept from page to page until the filter is removed by the user.
