Description: 

• When cloning a test, if this Test has a Parent, it sends out-of-order events, preventing the data and steps from being cloned correctly in Xray.

How to Reproduce:

• Configure Xray Test coverage for the Epic issue type.
• Create an Issue Epic and add a test from the Xray Test Coverage.
• On the create issue screen, set the Epic as the parent.
• Add steps to the test after creation.
• Clone the test.

Expected Behavior:

The test and its steps should be cloned correctly, even if it has a parent.

Actual behavior.

The steps are not being cloned.
