Issues are not loaded correctly in Test Repository under 4k window resolution monitor

Description: Issues are not loaded correctly in the Test Repository under the 4k window resolution monitor.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Change the Windows screen resolutions to 4k  
2. Go to Test Repository and try to load the Test cases. 
3. Test cases will not load further. 

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result: Test cases should load as they load when the resolution is below 4k.

Workaround: Once minimize and maxize the window to make it work.
