In the Test Runs Report, is not possible to filter the results by assignee and executed by of the Test Run

Short Description: In the Test Runs Report, the search by assignee and executed by always returns "no test runs were found".

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - In devxray4 instance, navigate to Xray - Test Runs Report menu

2 - First, search by project "Exploratory Tests" and status of the Test Run "Failed". Verify that in the results all the executions by are from "Ana Patricio"

3 - Back in the filters, add the "Executed by" of the Test Run "Ana Patricio" and press "Apply" button

Actual Result: No results are displayed

Expected Result: Test Runs results should have been displayed

4 - Remove the "Ana Patricio" from the filters and press "Apply" button. Pay attention to the entry with the text NEX-10 at the bottom of the results

5 - Press its details and verify that the assignee of the Test Run is "André Rodrigues"

6 - Now, filter with the Assignee of the Test Run

Actual Result: No results are displayed

Expected Result: Test Runs results should have been displayed
