Error creating Demonstration Project - Error generating the Demonstration Project Cannot read property 'test-execution_unexecutable-test-statuses' of undefined

Description
When attempting to create a Demonstration Project, we get an error:

"Error generating the Demonstration Project

Cannot read property 'test-execution_unexecutable-test-statuses' of undefined"

Pre-conditions

Have Xray Enterprise installed

How to reproduce

1. On the top menu bar, go to Apps >> Xray 
2. On the "Try the Demonstration Project" click Create Project

Actual result/Attachments

After a bit of progress, we get a popup with the error

Expected result

The project is created
