As an Admin, to be able to define default collumns layout for Xray Reports

In the Test Plans List, there’s an option to add Test Count. However, this feature will only be available to the user who added it. Any other user will need to manually add it.

The behavior should be that users can control which columns they see in the report. However, an admin-defined default column will appear when a report is generated.
