Adding Comment to Scenario Outline in Jira Exports as Scenario

Description
Adding a comment in a Scenario Outline alters it to Scenario when exporting the feature file.

Pre-conditions

Have a Scenario Outline Definition on a test (provided example in the attachments)

How to reproduce

1. Go to the test Scenario and add a comment
2. Save the change
3. Go to the Actions menu and choose "Xray - Generate Cucumber Feature files"

Actual result/Attachments

In the downloaded feature zip we can see the scenario changed from Scenario Outline to Scenario.

Expected result

When downloading the Scenario Outline should remain.
