      Description
      When exporting the Due Date system field with a negative timezone in Jira´s Default User timezone it will export the date with 1 day less.

      How to reproduce

      1. Go to Jira Settings -> System -> General Configuration -> Internationalization -> Default user time zone and set it to a negative timezone offset.
        Example:
      2. Go to an Issue and add a value to the Due date system field
      3. Create a template to export the Due Date system field and export it on the created Issue

      Actual result/Attachments
      It will export the Due date with 1 day less.

      Expected result
      It should export the correct date from the Due date field
