Error creating the Test Execution from Test Plan having the Team field as mandatory in workflow validator

How to reproduce

1. Associate the Team field to Test Execution screen. 
2. Set the Team as mandatory for Test Execution create screen through workflow validator. 
3. Now go Test Plan and create the Test Execution. 
4. Which gives the pop to Create Test Execution but Team field is not showing to fill the value.
5. Clicking on create button gives the error. 

Actual result/Attachments

Facing error:  Error creating new Test Execution

Field Team is required.

Expected result

It should give the Team field to fill the value to create Test Execution.
