In Storage section, it should be possible to have more information about archived items, if the user has the necessary permissions.

Currently, when a Test Run is archived and it has attachments, those attachments appear in the storage section. However, clicking on an attachment leads to error saying "related entity not found".

This happens even when the related Test and Test Execution still exist in the project, and the user has all the required permissions to all issues in the project. 
 
If this is the case, and the user has full permissions, we should display more information about the archived Test Run (Such as Test Execution Key and Test Key) to allow the client to take appropriate action.
