      Description

      Xray Document Generator is not exporting; the progress remains stuck at 0%.

      How to reproduce

      1. Add any template to Xray Document Generator.
      2. Access Jira Advanced Search.
      3. Apply a filter to retrieve the issues you want to export.
      4. Click on Apps > Doc Gen, and select the desired template.

      Actual result/Attachments

      The export does not start; it stays stuck at 0% indefinitely. Even after waiting an extended period, no changes are in progress. No document is generated.

      Expected result

      The export should be complete.
