Unable to view Test Execution Board when there are more than 50 executions to display

Steps to reproduce

1. Ensure you have 50+ test executions in Jira project
2. Go to Xray > Testing Board > Test Executions

Actual result

Users see the spinner continuously, and get the pop-up error message "The max number of issues to reconcile is 50". They are unable to navigate anywhere else in Xray until they have refreshed the page.

Expected result
Users should see all their test executions and their status.
