Xray wiki field formatting does not work in Test Steps

Description:
In Xray Test Steps, wiki formatters does not work correctly.

Pre-conditions: Create a Manual Test

How to reproduce

1. In the Test Steps, include the wiki formatters - subscript, superscript, underline, code, and underline, and save the Step.
   
   Actual result/Attachments:
   The step information with formatting is replaced with special characters.

Expected result:

The Test Step information should show the entered formatting.

Workaround:

Instead of using formatting options given the Xray Test field, paste them from other sources.
