As a QA engineer or test manager, I want to see the full summary of a test execution in reports or list views

Context: Test Execution Report
Problem: If the Test Execution Summary field is too long, it causes truncation with an ellipsis (…). This prevents users from reading the full title/summary.

Acceptance Criteria

• Ability to resize columns in the Test Execution Report UI
• Enable automatic text wrapping within the summary cell
• The summary should be searchable with the Ctrl+F function.
