As a user, I want the Xray gadgets to support dynamic filtering

Currently, in Xray Cloud, Xray gadgets do not support dynamic filtering across multiple gadgets, similarly to what was possible in Jira Data Center with the Rich Filter Controller. This limitation reduces flexibility for users who rely on filtering test executions based on dynamic criteria  across multiple dashboard gadgets.

As a user, I would like to be able to:

• Dynamically filter and update multiple gadgets based on a centralized controller or shared filter settings, similar to the functionality in Jira Data Center.

• Improve the ability to filter data in real time, with updates to any Xray gadget on the dashboard without having to configure each gadget’s filters individually.
