As an admin, I would like to have a Configuration Setting to remove and/or hide the Delete Test Button and/or Archive Test Run Button from the test list in a test execution.

As an admin, I would like to have a Configuration Setting to remove and/or hide the Delete Test Button and/or Archive Test Run Button from the test list in a test execution.

Currently, these options are available for everyone to use and can't be controlled independently by Jira or Project Admins. 

Admins should be able to hide and show these options based on User roles and permissions.
