It's possible to remove tests from test executions with the jira.issue.editable marked as false

When the workflow propertie - jira.issue.editable is marked as false, it's possible to remove the Test from the test Execution. 

This behaviour is not expected, when using the  workflow properties Xray should respect them.

In DC the property jira.issue.editable as false, blocks the users from removing test from the test execution
