Unable to create a Sub-Defect from Test Execution details screen when we make system field "Security Level" as Required

Description:  Unable to create a  Sub-Defect from the Test Execution details screen when we make the system field "Security Level" as Required

Pre-Condition: Mark the "Security Level" field as Required in the field configuration.

How to reproduce : 

1. Open the Test Execution details screen
2. Click on "+" icon next to the defect > Create Sub-Defect

       3. Select the issue, and then the error message will be displayed as shown below

Actual result/Attachments

System Required fields (Security Level) are not auto-populating while creating a Sub-Defect from the Test Execution details page.

Expected result

Required fields should be auto-populated and able to create Sub-Defects from the Test Execution details screen
