Xray Cloud is not working when the Xray Enterprise is uninstalled - Error Rendering Web Panel

Description

Xray Cloud is not working when the Xray Enterprise is uninstalled. It shows an error message:

Error Rendering Web Panel: Error getting addon license (com.xblend.plugins.xray-enterprise) for instance 

How to reproduce

1. Install the Xray 
2. Install the Xray Enterprise 
3. Uninstall the Xray Enterprise 

Actual result/Attachments

After uninstalling the Xray Enterprise, Xray does not work at all. When you access a specific Xray data, such as Health Check, Testing Board, and a Test, it shows this:

Expected result

The Xray must work without any issues. **
