JQL Functions - same query sometimes works sometimes does not

Reported by user, the following JQL Function sometimes works properly but other times the exact same query returns an error saying "Argument 'Run 1 Test Executions In Past 90 Days' is not a valid Test Execution issue nor a valid saved filter."
