As a user,
I want to see the storage limits warning in all Xray pages
So that I can clear space or ask my admins to do so.

Xray should improve visibility around storage limits being reached so that users can share the feedback internally and avoid system impact. Additionally, the warnings should have clear CTA for:

Storage Clean Up Activities
Upgrade path for Xray Advanced and Enterprise
