As a user, I would like to add the test definition as a column in the Tests List Report

As a user, I would like to be able to add the test definition as a column to the Tests List Report, as follows:

• Manual Tests should display their Test Steps
• Cucumber Tests should display the Scenario (with the Gherkin steps)
• Generic Tests should display their unstructured definition
