Longer Reponses throws timed out Error or Not cache responses which have timed-out

When there is the request for JQL in Xray is that Xray Takes longer seconds to respond to the request (possibly because the server was overloaded, or some other internal factor) and throws no error. But, Atlassian does not allow requests to take longer than 25 seconds, so they end up throwing an Timed-out error.

Our Dev team have requested a ticket with Atlassian to ask them not to cache responses which have timed out, to avoid this from happening in the future.
