JQL function testRepositoryFolderTests fails with timeout in larger Test Repositories

In larger Test Repositories with a considerate number of folders, the JQL function testRepositoryFolderTests takes too long to process and eventually fails with timeout, even if the requested folder has few sub-folders and issues.
