As a user, I can import XML reports generated by Robot framework

Xray must support the default Robot XML reports for importing test execution results. This must be integrated in the REST API and also through the interface.

ACs:

• The REST API must provide a new endpoint for importing execution results: /api/v1/import/execution/robot
• The REST API must also provide a multipart endpoint: /api/v1/import/execution/robot/multipart
• The XML reports can also be imported using the Xray interface
