In some XRay instances, the Assignee custom field is not step up when importing test cases using Test Case Importer functionality

Short Description: In some XRay instances, the Assignee custom field is not step up when importing test cases using Test Case Importer functionality.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Make sure you have a csv file with a column named Assignee

2 - Navigate to the Test Case Importer functionality

3 - Upload the csv file and map the column Assignee to the field Assignee and import the CSV

Actual Result: The test case is imported but the Assignee field is ignored

Expected Result: The Assignee field content should be mapped to the screen
