When creating Tests from a Requirement in the "Issues and Filters" view detail, the Tests is not associated to the Requirement

Short Description: When creating Tests from a Requirement in the "Issues and Filters" view detail, the Tests is not associated to the Requirement.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Create a new Story (requirement) under a particular project
2 - Navigate to that project, then select "Issues and Filters" option and then "All issues" menu
3 - Search for the story that you created
4 - Create a Test from that story and then refresh the screen

Actual Result: The test is created but not associated to the Story

Expected Result: The tests should be associated to the Story
