Add Test Summary as default column of the gadget

*Short Description: *The summary of the Tests should be a default column of the gadget

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Add the Test Runs List gadget to the Dashboard
2 - Pay attention the the default columns

Actual Result: Test Summary column is not added by default
Expected Result: Test Summary should be added by default
