Description field is cleared when creating a Defect from Test Steps in a Test Run, changing the Project, and selecting Issue Type as Bug

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test that includes Test Steps
2. Add the Test to a Test Execution
3. Execute the Test
4. In the Test Run screen, navigate to the Test Steps section
5. Click the icon next to a step to create a Defect
6. In the defect creation screen, change the Project → observe that the Description field is retained
7. Now, change the Issue Type to Defect → observe that the Description field is cleared

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result

The Description field should be preserved both when changing the Project and when changing the Issue Type during Defect creation in the Test Step.
