Trying to Generate Test Cases from a requirement issue ends with the screen hanging indefinitely

How to reproduce

1. Open a coverable issue in Jira and go to Test Cases Beta.
2. Select a test type, fill in test requirements, and generate ideas.
3. Select one idea, review & edit it, then try to create the test.

Actual result/Attachments
The screen keeps loading, however, you can see that the Test gets created from searching, but doesn't get linked to the Requirement;

Expected result
The wizard screens should prompt a message that the Test was created;
