As a user, I would like to define the issue link used by Xray to establish coverage

In Xray Cloud, the issue link used by Xray to establish coverage between requirement issues and Test issues is the Test issue link.

As a user, I would like to be able to have control over that setting, and be able to select another issue link to create coverage instead.
