Xray Backup fails due to Invalid String length for certain edge cases

Description:

The Xray Backup job fails for some edge cases. This happens when the object being stringified (Eg, the Test Run Activity document) is so large that it is too large for our code to handle.

Pre-conditions: N/A

How to reproduce

1. Request an Xray Backup, make sure that Test Run activity has a very large string.
2. Check the status of the Xray backup

Actual result/Attachments:

The backup job fails (due to "invalid string length" as we investigate the backend logs)

Expected result:

Xray backup job should be completed
