Test Runs in Status "To Do", "Executing" or with any other custom Status are only present in the Test Runs List (gadget and report), if the Time Frame is "All Time"

Short Description: Test Runs in Status "To Do", "Executing" or with any other custom Status are only present in the Test Runs List (gadget and report), if the Time Frame is "All Time".

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - In your instance, make sure that there is a custom Status field (ex: Not_yet_released)
2 - Create a Test Execution or Sub-Test Execution with Tests in it
3 - Run each Test and give to each one of them a Status (Passed, Failed, To Do, Execution and Not_yet_released)
4 - Now, in the Dashboard and the gadget and configure it by entering the project of the executions and in the time framed enter "Past 24h"
5 - Do the same for all the time frames until "All time"

Actual Result: With the exception for "All time", the test runs with status "To Do", "Executing" and "Not_yet_released" are not displayed

Expected Result: The test runs should be displayed in all of the time frames
