Short Description: The loading wheel of the Test Runs List seems to load in reverse.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 - Navigate to xray-staging instance
2 - In the Dashboard, add the Test Runs List gadget and configure it with "Exploratory Tests" project (more than 1000 Test Runs) and save it

Actual Result: The loading wheel starts on the 50% and then it is possible to see that he wheel loads in reverse and the % starts decreasing and then the list is loaded.
Expected Result: The loading wheel should increase while loading, as well as the %.
