Opening a Test Plan folder via URL redirects to previously selected folder

Description
When opening a test plan folder via its URL in the Testing Board, the system redirects to the previously selected folder instead of the folder specified in the URL.

Pre-conditions

A test plan exists with multiple folders.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Testing Board.

1. Navigate to Test Plans and select the test plan that contains multiple folders.

1. Open a folder and copy its URL.

1. Switch to a different folder.

1. Paste the previously copied URL into the browser and open it.

Actual result/Attachments

The folder we view is the previously selected one and not the folder in the URL

Expected result

The folder that is viewed matches the one in the URL
