Description: The Test Status field does not keep the entries on page refresh.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test issue
2. Go to the Test Status field and add versions and the Test plan.
3. Refresh the page and check for the entries under the same field. 

Actual result/Attachments: Field values do not retain after page refresh. Video attached. 

Expected result: The Test Status field value should be retained after page refresh.
