Revision field Values not displayed in Test Runs List Report and unable to filter the results by revision values while generating the Test Runs List report

Description: Even after giving the value to the Revision field while creating the Test Execution, the same value is populated and visible in the Test Execution details screen. However, when generating the Test Runs List report, the Revision column is displayed, but does not show the actual values, and while trying to filter the results when generating the Test Runs List report, the Revision values are not showing up in the filter

This creates inconsistency between the Test Execution details and reports, making it impossible to filter or analyse Test Execution by Revision.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Assign a value to the Revision field while creating the Test Execution
• Execute one or more Tests under the Test Execution
• Navigate to the Reports > Test Runs List report
• While trying to filter the results when generating the Test Runs List report, the Revision values are not showing up in the filter
• After generating the report, observe the Revision Column; the column appears, but the values are missing

Expected Result :

• The Revision values provided in the Test Execution should be displayed in the Revision column in the Reports.
• Filtering by Revision should work and return the matching executions.

Actual Result:

• The Revision column is visible but shows no values.
• Filtering by Revision is not working while generating the Test Runs List report.
