    Description

Currently, when accessing the Test Repository folders for a given project in the Cloud environment, the page URL is built using their folderId, like so:

      https://vtisbierek10.atlassian.net/projects/FSC?selectedItem=com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-connect-plugin:com.xpandit.plugins.xray__testing-board#!page=test-repository&selectedFolder=67ca9de4d8cc690265a84ff7

Which means it is not possible to intuitively access any given folder through their page URL, using the folder path, like it was possible on Xray DC:

      http://localhost:8090/secure/XrayTestRepositoryAction!default.jspa?entityKey=FS&path=REST%20Folder%2FLogin%20requests

Where the URL was built like:

BASE URL + Project key + folder path

As a user, I would like the page URL for the Test Repository folders in Xray Cloud to use a similar system, allowing me to access them intuitively without having to use their folderId.
