Labels and column name are not properly displayed in Reports(Test Execution List and Defect Traceability Report) when Language is changed to French or German

Description

Labels and column names are not properly displayed in Reports(Test Execution List and Defect Traceability Report) when the Language is changed to French or German, but work fine in English.

How to reproduce

1. Go to Jira Settings -> General Settings
2. Change the Language to French or German
3. Now navigate to the reporting Center and generate the Test Execution List report and Defect Traceability Report.

Actual result/Attachments
Please see the attached snippet of the labels, which shows Text as e.g. - Report.xray.Test

Expected result
It should show the proper name of the labels.

Workaround
The reports can be properly generated in the English language.
