Description: For some users, Gadgets and reports are not generating outputs.

How to reproduce

1. Create a dashboard.
2. Add any of the Xray Gadget, like Test Execution Lists
3. Output is not generated. 

Actual result/Attachments: Output keeps loading for hours without any output. 

Expected result: Output should be generated.
