When opening "Configure" link for Test Environments it directs to Test Statuses not to Test Environments

How to reproduce

1. Navigate to a Project Settings -> XRay Settings - > Summary option.
2. Open the "Configure" link for Test Environments.
3. It will direct to Test Statuses not to Test Environments
