Unable to add attachments to Test Steps due to error

Description

When attempting to add an attachment to a Test Step, the system throws an error: Unexpected Error as Occurred, and the file is not uploaded.

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test
2. Create Manual Test Steps
3. Attempt to add an attachment to the Step
4. Error: Unexpected Error as Occurred

Actual result/Attachments

An error is displayed, and the attachment (s) are not added.

Expected result

Attachments should be successfully uploaded and linked to the selected test step without errors
